The Board of 6a Inc. gallery in Hobart, of which i'm the lovely secretary, collaborated on an installation piece for the 2008 Next_Wave Festival, held at Federation Square.
Our work involved rigging 500Kilograms of potatoes into a green energy battery, which powered 5 seperate installation pieces, all installed in the dark concrete basement of Federation Square.
Images: the green glow is my work (organic growth form), followed by Andrew Rewald's (rotting apples coated in sugar crystals, amongst other components) and Tricky Walsh (intrictae balsa wood architctural tower). Other artists in the show were Andrew Harper and Amanda Shone, but I dont have any good shots of their works at the moment.
